With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Tyler brings a wealth of data-driven expertise to TOK Commercial. His professional background is anchored by a prestigious MAI designation, which he earned in 2009, reflecting a deep mastery of property valuation and market analysis. Before joining TOK, Mr. Martin co-owned a successful Boise-based appraisal firm where he focused on industrial and investment property underwriting, providing him with a unique perspective on asset value and cash flow analysis.
