a reflection of consistent tenant demand and limited new supply. Multitenant vacancy declined further to 9.5 percent, reaching its lowest level since 2022 and signaling improving conditions across multi-tenant properties.
TOTAL VACANCY decreased from 6.8% in Q1 2025 to 6.5% in Q1 2026.
Vacancy in MULTITENANT BUILDINGS decreased from 10.0% to 9.5% over the past 12 months.
