New construction was limited to start the year, with just 14,000 square feet delivered in the first quarter. However, the pipeline is expected to pick up as the year progresses. Development remains measured, suggesting the market will continue to absorb space at a sustainable pace while maintaining overall stability.

NET ABSORPTION was OVER DOUBLE the amount recorded in Q1 2025 totaling 58,000 SF.

NORTH MERIDIAN submarket had the HIGHEST NET ABSORPTION thru March with 36,000 SF.
