In 2025, TOK Commercial focused on unlocking potential within our clients’ portfolios, our markets, and our own organization. As the commercial real estate landscape continued to evolve, we embraced change as an opportunity, applying insight, agility, and experience to help our clients move from possibility to performance.

Guided by a relationship-first approach, we were proud to help our clients unlock market potential for their assets and their business requirements.
In 2025, we closed 978 brokerage transactions (a new record for our firm), on-boarded 87 new managed properties, expanded our maintenance portfolio by 700,000 square feet, launched a business brokerage service line guiding clients on business acquisitions and dispositions, and built hundreds of new relationships that drive value for our clients, our team, and the communities we serve.
