Grayson Stone – Mr. Stone is a fourth-generation Idahoan, and native of the Magic Valley, who joined TOK Commercial’s team in 2019. His total transaction value exceeds $177 million across various asset types. Grayson has been recognized by the Idaho Business Review as a recipient of the Accomplished Under 40 award in 2021; and as one of Idaho’s most influential commercial real estate professionals in the CRE Power 25 publication from 2022. Mr. Stone received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023 and earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), designation in 2024. Grayson is a Co-Founder/Past Chair of the Idaho Pediatric Cancer Coalition, has served on the Board of Directors for the Twin Falls Area Chamber of Commerce (Past Chair), was a Commissioner for the City of Twin Falls Planning and Zoning, and currently holds Seat #2 on the Twin Falls City Council.

Danny Davis – Mr. Davis is a second-generation real estate professional with a career spanning 20 years in commercial real estate. He is licensed as an associate broker in both Idaho and Washington and has closed over 500 transactions totaling over $350 million in consideration. Mr. Davis is committed to delivering maximum value to clients including buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, tenants, landlords and developers across both the Spokane and Kootenai County markets. Mr. Davis obtained the Certified Commission Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2020 and has been recognized multiple times for top producer and top transaction awards throughout his career. Mr. Davis has also served in multiple leadership roles within the Association of Realtors including President (2015) and within the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce.

Drew Ulrick – Mr. Ulrick joined TOK Commercial in 2024 to spearhead the firm’s opening of its first office in Spokane – which now boasts brokerage, management and maintenance service lines and has doubled its market position, in less than a year. He is a highly accomplished brokerage professional with over $100 million in transaction volume. Specializing in Industrial and Retail properties, he assists clients in leasing, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for property owners, investors, developers, and companies seeking to expand or relocate. Mr. Ulrick holds the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, a prestigious credential for top-performing commercial brokers, signifying market expertise, high transaction volume and ethical conduct. Mr. Ulrick is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and has recently been appointed to a board position with the East Sprague Business Association.
