TOK is expanding into the Inland Northwest with a brand-new office in downtown Spokane! Our growth was recently spotlighted by the Spokane Journal of Business, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring our proven sales, leasing, and management expertise to a market on the rise.

Drew Ulrick of TOK Commercial successfully negotiated our office lease transaction, securing 4,365 of office space in the Washington Trust Bank building in downtown Spokane at 717 W Sprague Avenue, positioning TOK Commercial for growth in the region. Drew is TOK’s first hire for its Spokane office, and he will be helping grow the client base and team. Drew brings 12 years of local commercial real estate experience.
