The market for development land in Twin Falls continues to enjoy strong interest. Two former Kmart buildings (located in Idaho Falls and Ammon) were recently purchased by U-Haul, as the company continues its acquisition of vacant buildings across the U.S., converting the structures into climate-controlled self-storage centers. The Idaho Business Review wrote an interesting article about the Eastern Idaho transactions and U-Haul's plans for the future.
