JP Green specializes in retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. With deep industry expertise and a client-focused approach, JP has played a significant role in shaping TOK’s reputation as a trusted leader in commercial real estate. Mr. Green joined TOK Commercial in 2018 following over two decades of entrepreneurial success as the owner of Meridian’s CycleBar franchise and in leadership roles for Gold’s Gym/Axiom and 24 Hour Fitness. JP holds the industry’s prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is the 2025 CCIM Institute Idaho Chapter President. Mr. Green is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Sam McCaskill, is known for his relentless work ethic and brings a strategic perspective to every transaction. Specializing in land development, property investment, and redevelopment, Sam represents owners, developers, municipalities, and government entities across Idaho. Sam is a committed community member and leader. He serves on multiple boards at Boise State University (his alma mater, where he also played football) and works closely with area non-profits, including the Children’s Home Society of Idaho, Make A Wish, and the Idaho Food Bank. Mr. McCaskill is a graduate of the Boise Metro Chamber’s Leadership Boise program, is on the board of the Certified Commercial Investment Member’s Idaho chapter, and is also an active participant in the Urban Land Institute.
