- Debbie Cook, a senior property manager at TOK, who manages nearly 1.1 million SF of properties for the firm’s clients, cultivates strong relationships with the tenants and owners of the properties that she manages and brings a refreshing level of dedication, reliability, and integrity, as she works on behalf of all her clients.
- Don Crawford leads the firm’s Inland Northwest brokerage team, representing clients across North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Don delivers exceptional depth of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing across all asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and land. He offers clients an unmatched depth and breadth of representation drawn from a distinctive and accomplished career history which includes success in the finance, construction, and energy sectors.
- Tom McCune, an accomplished maintenance manager with TOK’s Property Services team delivers critical maintenance services designed to optimize each property’s performance. Tom’s teams create customized preventative maintenance programs and offer 24/7 availability for after-hours issues.
- Brett Morgan, the operations manager with TOK’s Property Services team, delivers operational and supervisory guidance to the firm’s maintenance team and comprehensive property audits of over 14 million square feet of commercial properties.
- Darren Puetz, sales manager for the firm’s Eastern Idaho office, assists businesses and individuals in achieving their commercial real estate goals. Darren’s trademark laser focus on clients’ objectives allows him to advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing strategies, and the development of residential, multi-family, office, retail, and restaurant properties in Eastern Idaho.
- Nick Schuitemaker, a member of the firm’s Investment Brokerage team in Boise, specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, land, and multi-family commercial properties. Nick is skilled in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and asset management. In his career to date, Nick has successfully closed 544 transactions, totaling $489.3 million in consideration.
- Dan Walsh, a maintenance manager with TOK’s Property Services team, offers clients over three decades of commercial maintenance experience and provides proactive maintenance services designed to minimize capital costs while maximizing efficiency gains and prioritizing safety and productivity at every property.
