Stephanie Condon

EXPERIENCE

Stephanie joined TOK Commercial’s Property Management team in 2015. Her knowledge of the industry and her effective management strategies have earned her the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Stephanie was recognized as TOK Commercial’s Property Manager of the Year for 2018.

Stephanie manages a portfolio of nearly 400,000 square feet. Her current portfolio consists of a mixture of commercial properties throughout Idaho. Stephanie embraces new challenges and is constantly improving her skill set to meet the demands of this highly competitive field. She is experienced in a wide range of management activities which include: tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation. Stephanie’s attention to detail and commitment to her clients are hallmarks of her management style.

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Stephanie graduated from Boise State University where she also worked in the College of Business and Economics. She participates in the Idaho Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and also the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
