The Milken Institute's BPC rankings offer an objective evaluation of the economic performance of US metropolitan areas based on 12 key measures that cover labor market conditions, high-tech impact, and access to economic opportunities.

Net absorption in Q3 totaled 167,000 square feet, the strongest quarterly net absorption in over a year. Vacancy in the office sector has been steadily rising since last year.
