Laurie Reynoldson
EXPERIENCE
Laurie Reynoldson joined TOK Commercial in 2017, and specializes in office brokerage services. She works primarily with business owners, corporations, tech companies, start-ups, medical providers, law firms and other service providers on site selection, leasing and purchases. Laurie recognizes that space layout, building location, on-site and nearby amenities, and pricing for office space is vitally important to all clients for business growth and talent retention. With this awareness, she approaches each engagement as a trusted consultant, eager to understand the unique requirements and priorities of her clients to locate the perfect spaces for them to grow and succeed in their respective businesses. Laurie's thought leadership is highly valued by clients and peers alike, as is evident in her recent article "Online Shopping is Good for Office Products but not for Office Space", penned for the 2022 CCIM Idaho Member publication.
Although a significant amount of her time is spent on tenant representation and leasing, Laurie is just as skilled at analyzing investment opportunities for her clients. She thoroughly vets investment prospects by analyzing cash flows, rent rolls, lease terms, and maintenance records, and then works collaboratively with her investor clients to devise a plan to stabilize, revitalize or re-tenant a building to increase income and reposition the asset for future sale.
Prior to joining TOK, Laurie was a leasing manager with Hawkins Companies, where she oversaw leasing activities in the company’s national retail portfolio.
Brokerage is Laurie’s second career in the commercial real estate industry. For the first 18 years of her career, Laurie was a successful commercial real estate and development attorney. Although she no longer practices law full-time, she is a trusted legal consultant on each deal, using her legal background and experience in negotiating complex sales and leases, financing transactions, and land use and entitlements for development projects.
EDUCATION
Laurie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Planning Studies from the University of Washington. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University’s School of Law.
Laurie was recently awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, widely known as one of the commercial real estate industry’s most prestigious certifications. CCIMs are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. She presently holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a designation held by just 10% of commercial real estate professionals, recognizing competency, education, experience, and ethics.
PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Laurie is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Idaho, Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Idaho State Bar, and is a graduate of Leadership Boise. She is a frequent panelist and speaker on topics relating to commercial real estate, project development, and financing.
For the past 15 years, Laurie has been involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, previously serving on and chairing the Board of Directors, and currently serving on the Expansion Committee. She is also a former board member of the Cathedral of the Rockies and previously served as the Lifetime Membership Advisor for the Tri Delta chapter at Boise State University.

Laurie and her husband Mike live in Boise with their yellow labs, Hank and Theo. They are avid college sports fans who are longtime supporters of the Boise State Broncos, the Washington Huskies (GO DAWGS!), and the Gonzaga Bulldogs (GO ZAGS!). In her spare time, Laurie enjoys distance running, playing tennis, snow skiing, water skiing, gourmet cooking, wine tasting, and traveling.
