Lance Hendricks

EXPERIENCE

Lance Hendricks joined TOK Commercial’s office brokerage team in 2024, bringing over sixteen years of finance and sales experience in banking.  Lance specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties and office tenant representation.

Prior to joining TOK Commercial, Lance served as the head of Private Banking at Idaho Central Credit Union. His adept leadership skills not only cultivated strong relationships with clients and team members but also drove significant expansion of the Private Banking portfolio.

Lance’s deep knowledge of market trends, effective marketing strategies, productive relationship building, and constructive deal-making abilities offer his clients significant advantages in leasing, buying, and selling office properties from Class A, high-rise assets to space in suburban business parks.

EDUCATION

Lance is a graduate of Boise State University (BSU) with a B.B.A. degree in Business Management.  He is also a Leadership Boise graduate (May 2022). 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Lance actively participates in several organizations committed to bettering the Boise Valley’s communities.  A sampling of organizations that he is involved with includes Boise State University Foundation, CATCH, FUNDSY, Idaho Foodbank, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, St. Alphonsus Hospital Foundation, St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation, and the Idaho Humane Society.

PERSONAL & INTERESTS

Lance, an avid golfer, spends most of his spare time on the golf course. When he’s not perfecting his swing, he enjoys skiing, boating, and exploring new destinations with his fiancé, Andrea, and their loyal Yorkshire Terrier, Frank.
