EXPERIENCE

Jesse Sutherland joined TOK Commercial’s Magic Valley brokerage team in 2023, offering clients a wealth of experience in real estate as well as business acquisitions and dispositions. Jesse specializes in the leasing and sales of office, retail, industrial, and commercial development properties.

Prior to joining TOK Commercial, Jesse was a top-producing residential real estate agent and successful entrepreneur, spending ten years running one of Twin Falls’ favorite full-service restaurants. Jesse’s skills in negotiations and deal-making strategies offer clients a clear, competitive advantage in buying and selling commercial real estate properties.

Jesse studied at Rick’s college, majoring in Computer Science. He is active in community events, public education initiatives, and provides service to organizations such as East End Providers, SCCAP, and St. Edwards soup kitchen.

PERSONAL

Jesse and his wife enjoy building memories and sharing an active and exciting life with their nine children. From school events to outdoor adventuring, Jesse is always on the move and fully enjoys living in the Magic Valley.
