Erik McNary

EXPERIENCE

Erik McNary joined TOK Commercial’s Industrial brokerage team in 2021 after relocating to the Boise Valley. Erik’s primary focus includes Industrial tenant and landlord representation, sales, and acquisitions.  

Erik assists Industrial brokerage clients with the following:

• Property acquisitions & dispositions
• Buyer & Tenant representation
• Lease negotiations & renewals
• Broker Price Opinions
• Property tours
• Market competition studies

Erik is a 16 year veteran of Industrial brokerage.  Prior to joining TOK, Erik was a Vice President at Voit Real Estate Services where he was recognized as a  Top 10 Producer in 2018.  Erik’s commercial real estate career began at Colliers International, where Erik was named Rookie of the Year in 2008 and was later recognized as one of the firm’s Top 10 Producers in 2010.

Previous clients include: Shea Properties, Rexford International, Link/Blackstone, LBA, Kilroy Realty Corporation, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and Bank of the West.

Erik is an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, which is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. 

PERSONAL

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Erik resides in Boise and enjoys the outdoors. He has been involved in off-road racing in the SCORE International Series, where he has competed for 20 years in Class TT Spec and Class 8 trucks.
