The former Kmart building located on Fairview Avenue in west Boise is now fully occupied. The building's new tenant, Woodland Kids, leased the last available 12,000 square feet. Kmart, which occupied the space for forty years, closed its doors in 2016. Bob Mitchell, a retail property specialist and partner at Thornton Oliver Keller completed the transaction.
