The 2021 Power 25 Commercial Real Estate award winners have been released and TOK Commercial is proud to announce that Brian Wilson was selected as one of this year's esteemed recipients! The group of commercial real estate professionals included in the 2021 Power 25 includes some of the most influential members of Idaho's real estate community. Brian Wilson's successful representation of retail, office, industrial, and investment clients netted him this very impressive achievement.
Brian has worked with the team at TOK Commercial since 2016 when the firm opened an Idaho Falls office, led by his brother Brent Wilson, a partner at TOK Commercial and a Power 25 award winner in 2020.
A small sampling of Brian's recent representation assignments showcases his commercial real estate accomplishments. Brian's determined efforts leasing available space in The Broadway, a two-building 40,000 square foot mixed-use commercial project that is situated as a part of the main gateway to historic downtown Idaho Falls and adjacent to the greenbelt along the Snake River’s edge extended over two years from 2018 - 2020 and resulted in a fully occupied project. The Broadway was developed by Oppenheimer Development Corporation as a commercial hub with an emphasis on community gathering and experience.
Earlier this year, Brian (and his brother Brent) also represented Building Hope, a nonprofit organization that assists charter schools in the financing, procurement, and renovation of educational facilities, in the purchase of the 70,000 square foot former Sears space located within the Grand Teton Mall which became home to Alturas Preparatory Academy a new charter school in Idaho Falls.
Brian's client list includes Ball Ventures Alquist, Woodbury Corporation, and Alturas Capital Partners. The Wilson brothers (Brian and Brent) colist many commercial properties for sale or lease throughout Eastern Idaho.
