Nick brings extensive experience in commercial property management and financial operations to TOK Commercial, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Treasure Valley.
Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2018, Nick has managed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space, providing hands-on leadership focused on maximizing asset performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and protecting ownership interests. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, lease administration, vendor and contract negotiations, capital planning, and day-to-day operational oversight for both institutional and private ownership groups.
In addition to property operations, Nick actively supports acquisition and disposition efforts, helping implement long-term strategies that align with ownership objectives and drive asset value. His detail-oriented approach and financial acumen ensure each property is managed efficiently and strategically. Prior to joining TOK Commercial, Nick developed a strong foundation in management, financial analysis, forecasting, and client relations through roles in the financial advising and hospitality industries. This diverse background provides him with a unique perspective that combines operational excellence with sound financial decision-making. Known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and collaborative style, Nick works closely with property owners, tenants, leasing teams, and vendors to deliver a proactive, service-focused management experience. His portfolio includes several notable Treasure Valley properties, including Madison Logistics Center and Eagle Island Marketplace.
