Nick Schuitemaker joined TOK Commercial as a member of the Investment Brokerage team in 2016 and became a partner in the firm in 2024. Nick specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family commercial properties. Nick is skilled in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and asset management. He is a strong communicator and attentive to his clients’ goals and vision. Nick’s unique combination of marketing and investment experience provides a foundation of strategic business acumen and analytical thinking which are an asset both in problem solving and developing effective client solutions. Nick’s genuine, no-nonsense demeanor allows him to stay consistently engaged with his clients. Nick’s professional career includes real estate experience as a Project Manager and Investor for Hackberry Ranch Corp. in Boise. Nick also has extensive experience in advertising having worked as an Account Director at Publicis Seattle where he led accounts such as T-Mobile, Les Schwab, Homeaway.com, and Eddie Bauer. Nick’s professional career also includes experience as both a Trader and Investment Consultant for Parametric Portfolio Associates, a $165 billion wealth management firm that specializes in tax-efficient investing. There, Nick managed a large portfolio of clients, working with each to create and deliver custom solutions.
