Kristi Larson

Kristi began her career at TOK as a Brokerage Assistant for the Office Services Group. In this role, she prepared lease and sale agreements, designed marketing materials, created aerials and available listing surveys for clients, and prepared proposals to generate new business.

In 2008, Kristi shifted into the company’s Market Research team. She began tracking sale and lease listings in the Boise MSA, compiling market data into submarket reports, and contributing to the company’s newsletters. In 2011, Kristi was promoted to Market Research Manager, where she oversaw TOK’s research department, which is responsible for generating market vacancy and absorption statistics, lease rates, and projected supply. Kristi moved into the Brokerage Services Manager role in 2015 and began overseeing the Transaction Coordinator and Research teams.
