Kristi Larson

Kristi Larson has been with TOK Commercial since 2006, and a partner in the company since 2016. Kristi was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022. In this position, she is tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations for the Brokerage and Property Management support teams. Her role coordinates efforts amongst departments and teams to produce smoother workflow and more effective business processes. She also serves on TOK’s leadership team, tasked with contributing to the company’s overall vision and goals. Kristi began her career at TOK as a Brokerage Assistant for the Office Services Group. In this role, she prepared lease and sale agreements, designed marketing materials for listed properties, created aerials and available listing surveys for clients, and prepared proposals to generate new business. In 2008, Kristi shifted into the company’s Market Research Analyst. She began tracking sale and lease listings in the Boise MSA, compiling market data into submarket reports, and contributing to the semi-annual Market Watch publication.
