Kekaula Kaniho joined TOK Commercial’s Office Brokerage team in 2023 following a successful collegiate career at Boise State University, where he served as captain of the Broncos football team and earned Academic All-American honors. Mentored by some of Idaho’s most respected brokerage professionals, Kekaula has developed into a trusted advisor specializing in commercial sales and leasing for owner-users, investors, landlords, and tenants. His diverse transaction experience allows him to understand each client’s goals and develop strategies tailored to their needs. Kekaula graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Actively involved in the Boise State community, Kekaula serves as Vice President of the Board for Varsity B, the university’s student-athlete alumni association. He also serves on the Board of the Bronco Athletic Association, supporting fundraising initiatives for Boise State athletics and the university.

• Senior CLASS Award Winner (2020): First student-athlete from Boise State to win the award. Given annually to the most outstanding senior student-athlete in Division I football for notable achievements in four areas of excellence: classroom, community, character and competition.

• Mountain West Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2021-2022): Highest honor presented to one student-athlete by the Mountain West Conference for academics, athletics, and community involvement over the course of their intercollegiate career.

• William V. Campbell Trophy Finalist (2020): The award recognizes an individual as the absolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation.

Kekaula’s athletic career has taken him from Boise State’s iconic Blue Turf to the Arizona Cardinals in the NFL. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and live music. Passionate about giving back, Kekaula remains committed to strengthening the Boise Valley community through meaningful involvement in local organizations and initiatives.
