Nick Schuitemaker joined TOK Commercial as a member of the Investment Brokerage team in 2016 and quickly rose to partner at the firm and one of its top producers. Nick specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial and multi-family commercial properties. Nick is skilled in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and asset management. He is a strong communicator, articulate and attentive to his clients’ goals and vision with a focus on maximizing value and wealth generation. Nick’s unique combination of marketing and investment experience provide a foundation of creativity and analytical thinking which are an asset both in problem solving and developing effective client solutions. Nick’s genuine, no-nonsense demeanor and strong ethics allow him to stay consistently engaged with his clients and build long-lasting relationships.

Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Finance and Marketing from the Foster School of Business. Nick received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023. This accreditation offers in-depth instruction in financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis, and negotiations.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys activities that get him outdoors: skiing, fly fishing, and exploring the back roads of Idaho with his son, Leo. Nick is also an avid fan and follower of his Alma Mater’s football and basketball teams (Go Huskies!).
