Brenda Wunderlich

In her role, Brenda manages and develops TOK’s property accounting staff while working closely with Property Management and Corporate Accounting to maintain consistent, accurate financial practices across the portfolio. Her responsibilities encompass monthly and year-end financial reporting, period-close activities, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, lease accounting and recoveries, management fee administration, and annual budgeting. She also helps design, implement and monitor internal accounting controls related to cash, vendor records, financial statements and other property management activities.

Brenda also oversees key property accounting systems and workflows, including property setup, security and lease accounting within Yardi, and works to expand the effective use of technology across the department. As a resource to TOK’s Property Managers, property owners, tenants, vendors and banking partners, she helps identify and resolve financial issues while ensuring owners receive timely, accurate financial information about their properties.
