Jaime Rogers serves as TOK Commercial’s Human Resources Manager. Known for a people-first approach, Jaime brings integrity, experience, and thoughtful leadership to every aspect of human resources. With a talent for building relationships, resolving challenges, and developing high-performing teams, she creates an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. In her role, Jaime oversees all human resources-related activities for the company, including talent
acquisition, compensation, talent management and development, benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance administration.
A key member of TOK’s internal leadership teams, Jaime develops people strategies, designs personnel policies, and drives growth initiatives while ensuring that TOK maintains a supportive, high-performing workplace culture. Within TOK Commercial, Jaime plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s diverse team of brokers, property managers, and administrative professionals.
