Since joining TOK Commercial in 2024, Lance Hendricks has been a member of the firm’s office brokerage team, specializing in the sales and leasing of office properties and office tenant representation. He brings more than sixteen years of finance and sales experience from the banking industry, providing clients with a strategic, service-oriented approach to navigating office real estate transactions. Prior to TOK Commercial, Lance served as Head of Private Banking at Idaho Central Credit Union, where he led portfolio growth and built lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal teams. His leadership, market insight, and deal-making expertise equip him to effectively represent clients across a wide range of office assets, from Class A high-rise buildings to suburban office parks, delivering value in leasing, acquisition, and disposition strategies. Lance’s deep knowledge of market trends, effective marketing strategies, productive relationship building, and constructive deal-making abilities offer his clients significant advantages in leasing, buying, and selling office properties from Class A, high-rise assets to space in suburban business parks.

Lance is a graduate of Boise State University (BSU) with a B.B.A. degree in Business Management. He is also a Leadership Boise graduate (May 2022).

Lance actively participates in several organizations committed to bettering the Boise Valley’s communities. A sampling of organizations that he is involved with includes: Boise State University Foundation, CATCH, FUNDSY, Idaho Foodbank, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, St. Alphonsus Hospital Foundation, St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation and the Idaho Humane Society.

Lance, an avid golfer, spends most of his spare time on the golf course. When he’s not perfecting his swing, he enjoys skiing, boating, and exploring new destinations with his fiancé, Andrea, and their loyal Yorkshire Terrier, Frank.
