Tyler’s career began in property management in 2001, working closely with owners of high-turnover housing and select retail assets before transitioning into sales with a focus on multifamily properties. After relocating to Boise in 2005, he spent more than a decade appraising commercial properties throughout Idaho, eastern Oregon, and Washington. He earned the prestigious MAI designation in 2009 and later co-owned a successful Boise-based appraisal firm, where he focused on industrial and investment property underwriting and market transactions.
Tyler earned his degree in History from the University of Montana! Go Grizzlies!
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. When he is not attending his children’s sporting events, he and his wife enjoy exploring Idaho’s beautiful backroads.
