RETAIL VACANCY TRENDS
The North Idaho Retail market slowed slightly through Q2, recording a 6 percent year-over-year decline in transactions. Asking lease rate averages declined 9 percent year over year, from $22.00 to $20.00 per square foot (NNN, annual). Nevertheless, vacancy fell to 2.1 percent, less than half its level a year ago.
