TENANT ORIGIN TRENDS
The total number of leasing transactions increased 2 percent compared to the first quarter of 2025, with notable gains among tenants new to the market and local startups, both of which rose 3 percent year over year. A majority of new-to-market tenants—61 percent—secured space within Boise submarkets.
OVER 60% of NEW-TO-MARKET TENANTS found space in the BOISE submarkets.
TRANSACTIONS with tenants NEW TO THE MARKET were UP 3% from Q1 2025.
