OFFICE VACANCY TRENDS
Despite a 6.8 percent decline in office transactions, market fundamentals strengthened through the second quarter. Overall vacancy tightened to 5.1 percent, down from 5.6 percent a year ago, while multitenant vacancy declined from 7.6 percent to 6.5 percent.
