INVESTMENT SALES VOLUME
Transaction volume also increased, signaling broader market participation. A total of 55 investment sales closed through June, up 19 percent from the first half of 2025. Retail remained the most active sector with 22 sales, followed by office, industrial, and multifamily.
SALES VOLUME ended Q2 at $341 MILLION, a 54% INCREASE from the first half of 2025.
The INDUSTRIAL SECTOR currently LEADS IN SALES VOLUME accounting for 37%.
