INVESTMENT SALES BY PROPERTY TYPE

In total, six industrial deals, six multifamily deals, along with three retail deals exceeded the $10 million threshold in 2025. In total, 118 disclosed investment transactions closed during the year, up 10 percent from 2024. Retail led all sectors with 36 percent of total deals, supported by strong product availability and consistent activity in single-tenant NNN investments

Investment activity was supported by several large transactions. Fifteen properties traded for over $10 million during the year, including a nearly $80 million sale in the multifamily sector and $63 million industrial transaction.

The OVERALL NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS was UP 10% from last year.

RETAIL led all sectors with SINGLE TENANT assets representing 60% OF TOTAL RETAIL SALES.
