INDUSTRIAL VACANCY
Vacancy ended the first quarter at 8.1 percent, down from 8.9 percent year over year, while multitenant vacancy declined by nearly 100 basis points to 21.2 percent. Despite this improvement, a significant portion of available inventory – nearly 45 percent – is concentrated in the Nampa and Caldwell submarkets, contributing to uneven conditions across the region.
OVERALL VACANCY is at 8.1% and has stayed BELOW 9% since July 2024.
MULTITENANT vacancy ended at 21.2%, DOWN nearly 100 BASIS POINTS from the last year.
