INDUSTRIAL VACANCY TRENDS
In H1 2026, the Magic Valley industrial market posted its strongest mid-year net absorption on record, with more than 350,000 square feet absorbed through the first half of the year. Construction activity remained robust, with more than 360,000 square feet delivered during the same period, contributing to a decline in overall vacancy to 2.0 percent.
