Tenant demand has been led primarily by organic growth. Expansions and additional locations accounted for roughly 41 percent of all transactions, while new-to-market users made up another 23 percent, signaling continued interest from outside companies. Recent market entrants such as Mesa, Ewing Kessler, and Keller Supply further highlight the region’s ability to attract a diverse mix of industrial users.
