INDUSTRIAL NET ABSORPTION
Industrial market activity in the Boise Valley remained steady in Q1, with absorption concentrated in a few key submarkets. Total net absorption has improved significantly, rising from -265,000 square feet last year (Q1 2025) to 447,000 square feet in Q1 2026. Activity was led by the Airport submarket, which recorded approximately 240,000 square feet of net absorption—accounting for more than half of the quarterly total.
NET ABSORPTION is at 447,000 SF UP from -265,000 SF in Q1 2025.
AIRPORT recorded the HIGHEST LEVEL of net absorption, accounting for OVER 50% with 240,000 SF.
