COMMERCIAL LAND CONSIDERATION
Land transaction activity remained strong, with total land consideration increasing 83 percent compared to the same period last year. The increase was supported by six transactions exceeding $3 million each.
Retail and industrial properties accounted for the majority of land sales activity. Retail land represented 48 percent of total consideration and more than doubled year over year. The rise in retail consideration was largely attributed to the Costco land acquisition in South Meridian.
Total CONSIDERATION INCREASED 83% compared to the previous 12 months.
RETAIL LAND led all property types accounting for 48% of COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATION.
