Scott Martin joined TOK Commercial in 2022 as a Partner and Operations Manager in the firm’s Property Services business venture. A veteran in the Property Services sector, Scott boasts 37 years of experience encompassing all aspects of commercial building operations, maintenance, and construction.
Mr. Martin’s professional expertise ranges from tenant improvements to bringing new development projects from initial concepts to reality. Scott launched his Property Services career as a Commercial Tech which allowed him to hone his skills in performing general building maintenance on many of the Boise Valley’s most significant commercial projects.
For 14 years, Mr. Martin led the Commercial Construction & Development Operations of a local development company which managed over 8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties across the Boise Valley. Scott is well versed in the nuances of all aspects of property operations and maintenance for every type of commercial property asset.
Nearly two decades ago, Scott launched his own Property Services firm (Intermountain Property Services, Inc.) leading a team of maintenance and construction professionals who were tasked with performing all aspects of commercial building maintenance and operations – from mechanical and day porter services to property audits, site maintenance, and roofing systems.
