She has extensive experience with commercial properties across the Treasure Valley, overseeing a diverse portfolio of multi-story high-rise office, retail, and industrial assets and partnering directly with clients to maximize and preserve property value. With experience in annual budgeting, implementing cost saving measures, assisting with renovation of historical buildings, capital renovation projects, her service to TOK’s clients is highly valued. Patty enjoys building client relationships through strong communication and personal connections with her clients.
