Josh Paul is the Database Analyst at TOK Commercial and a long-standing member of the firm’s management team. With nearly three decades at TOK, Josh plays a central role in shaping the company’s technology vision, data strategy, and systems architecture. Josh leads the Nucleus Development Team and serves as the architect of Nucleus, TOK’s proprietary enterprise data platform. Designed as a centralized data warehouse, Nucleus connects and harmonizes data across key corporate systems, enabling consistent reporting, historical accuracy, and smarter decision-making across the organization.

Under Josh’s leadership, Nucleus has evolved from a legacy, on premise database into a modern, cloud-accessible platform. He has driven the migration to cloud-based workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, expanding accessibility, automation, and scalability while reducing manual processes.

Josh brings a strategic data engineering approach to system integration, positioning Nucleus as a critical bridge between enterprise applications—particularly ERP and accounting platforms such as Yardi and Acumatica. His work ensures reliable data flow between systems while preserving data integrity and long-term usability.

As an experienced advisor, Josh collaborates with other team members to develop a broad technology ecosystem including infrastructure, databases, analytics, and custom application development. He plays an integral role in TOK’s overall data and technology strategy, helping position the firm as a technology-forward leader in the commercial real estate industry.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership at George Fox University.
