Blake joined TOK Commercial’s Eastern Idaho brokerage team in 2023, following a successful professional career based in sales, operations, and client-relationship management. Blake has been honored with the Best of Greater Idaho Falls Award in Commercial Real Estate for three consecutive years. Blake’s clients benefit significantly from his experience in all aspects of commercial brokerage – including, landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation for projects ranging from land sales to office building lease-ups. Mentored by some of the most accomplished and well-known commercial real estate minds in the western region of the U.S. and Idaho, he has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate. He has taken on a depth of knowledge from a discipline of different specialties, fields and industries throughout commercial real estate. Blake values the opportunity to actively participate in the growth path for Eastern Idaho through his commercial real estate assignments and is excited to positively impact the community where he was born and raised. Blake coaches both the Varsity Football and Varsity Boy’s Basketball teams at Hillcrest High School.

Blake attended and graduated from Utah State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, and was a three-time Dean’s List member. He also played football for Utah State. Go Aggies!

Blake resides with his wife and three children in Idaho Falls, where they love to spend time outdoors, and visit their cabin in Island Park. When he’s not in the office, or coaching high school sports, you can find Blake golfing or riding dirt-bikes, ATV’s or snowmobiles with his family.
