Andrew joined TOK Commercial’s Investment brokerage team in 2022. Andrew specializes in multifamily including apartments, manufactured housing, and development land. He brings a unique real estate perspective as a former MAI appraiser, underwriter, and owner/operator. Andrew prides himself on excellent customer service informed by deep real estate expertise. Andrew began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2007, serving the Vancouver, Portland, and Boise markets. He founded the Colliers International Valuation Boise office in 2014 and worked as an appraiser focused on manufactured housing communities (MHCs) in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Transitioning to brokerage in 2020, Andrew was named Newcomer of the Year in 2021 and was the 3rd highest grossing agent in 2022 at Colliers International. Mr. Boespflug was recently named among the top 25 most powerful commercial real estate professionals in Idaho in 2020 from Idaho Business Review.

Andrew is a member of the Appraisal Institute, previously serving as the Southwest Idaho Chapter Secretary, Vice President, and President. He is active in both local and national manufactured housing community organizations having attended the MHI National Congress from 2017 2019 and currently serving on the board of Idaho Manufactured Housing Association.

Andrew graduated from the University of Portland in 2008 with a BA in Finance. He then earned an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in 2013. After returning to the valuation industry, he was included as a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) in 2015.

Born and raised in Boise, Andrew enjoys outdoor pursuits including skiing, hunting, fishing, backpacking, and ultra-marathons. He is happily married with two young children.
