Post Falls Reimagined...
The Millworx project encompasses over 50 acres of what has been designated as the easternmost portion of “downtown” Post Falls, Idaho.
This high-density, mixed-use project is the reimagining of an old mill site that operated for over 60 years and was a cornerstone of the community. The Millworx project combines modern design and development standards with a polite nod to the Idaho Veneer Company that once operated there.
The project contains various types of apartments, both garden-style and mixed-use, positioned over commercial space. The project also features a single-family residential community offering residents three (3) floor plans to choose from.
