John has been involved in commercial sales and leasing since 1997.  In 2003 John was hired at TOK Commercial.  He provides his clients with marketing, transaction management, financial analysis, and valuation services related to commercial real estate transactions. John focuses on investment acquisition & disposition as well as retail leasing and sales.  John advises clients on stabilization strategies to maximize their asset’s values for long term holds or near term sales. John is the Sales Manager of the Boise and Magic Valley offices, with 29 brokers, and is a partner in the firm.  He was instrumental in the formation of the firm’s Investment Services Group and contributes significantly to the success of the firm’s property management arm.
