Chelsey joins TOK Commercial with a strong background in commercial real estate, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Her career has been centered around building relationships, developing business opportunities, and working closely with companies and industry professionals throughout the region. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry and the many factors businesses consider when making decisions about their space, operations, and future growth. Throughout her career, Chelsey has worked closely with commercial clients, business owners, corporate relocation partners, contractors, operations leaders, and other professionals supporting office, industrial, relocation, and facility transition needs. Her background in marketing and business development has strengthened her ability to identify opportunities, understand client objectives, communicate effectively, and develop long-term relationships. This experience provides a valuable perspective as she works with clients on their commercial real estate needs.

Chelsey brings a well-rounded background in commercial real estate, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships, with a career built on cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities. Her experience working with business owners, commercial clients, corporate relocation partners, contractors, and industry professionals has provided her with a strong understanding of the unique considerations that shape real estate decisions, from day-to-day operations to long-term growth. At TOK Commercial, Chelsey draws on this experience to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance and a relationship-driven approach, helping clients navigate the commercial real estate market with confidence.

Chelsey earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Idaho State University in 2009.

Idaho-native Chelsey calls Idaho Falls home, where she’s a mom to her 14-year-old son, a Goldendoodle, and two adopted stray cats. An avid outdoor enthusiast with a
background in fine arts and architecture, she spends her free time wake surfing, dirt biking, exploring hot springs, and seeking out new international travel destinations.
