Over the past 12 months, approximately 86 percent of all transactions involved spaces under 20,000 square feet, while larger blocks have experienced lower absorption. Tenants are prioritizing well-located properties with efficient layouts, particularly those offering strong office-to-warehouse ratios, sufficient power, and a mix of grade-level and dock-high loading.
Spaces UNDER 15,000 SF make up 64% of total availability.
