Leasing momentum strengthened in early 2026, with net absorption totaling 58,000 square feet—more than double the amount recorded in the first quarter of 2025. Growth was led by the North Meridian submarket, which posted 36,000 square feet of positive absorption.
TOTAL AVAILABLE SUBLEASE SPACE rose to 444,000 SF in Q1, UP 22% year over year.
