BOISE MSA | Q3 2026 INDUSTRIAL MARKET REPORT
INDUSTRIAL VACANCY
Despite several years of elevated new construction, market conditions for industrial product across the Boise MSA have remained relatively stable. Overall industrial vacancy declined slightly to 8.1 percent, down from 8.8 percent one year ago, and has generally remained within the 8 to 9 percent range over the past two years. Meanwhile, multitenant industrial vacancy edged down to 21.7 percent from 22.0 percent.
OVERALL VACANCY ended Q2 at 8.1%, DOWN from 8.8% a year ago.
MONTHS OF SUPPLY is at 18.2 MONTHS, DOWN slightly from 19.9 MONTHS in June 2025.
