David Dowers brings more than 40 years of experience across all facets of commercial real estate, including construction management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and property management. As a tenant and buyer representative, Dave delivers strategic guidance that aligns client objectives with solutions focused on long-term value. With over 25 years in commercial construction, he has deep expertise in the management of design, construction, and renovation activities across a wide range of property types. This construction experience provides added value to clients when evaluating the feasibility of adapting properties and space for various potential uses. His background includes serving as Director of Operations for CLW Real Estate Services, Southeast Region Director of Construction for Lincoln Property Company, and founding Dowers Commercial in the early 2000s.

Dave received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington.

Dave grew up in the Spokane–Coeur d’Alene area and spent several years traveling across the U.S. managing commercial construction projects. He and his wife, Lisa, whom he met in Hartford, Connecticut, are proud parents of two children, Jacob and Dakota (ages 22 and 17), and plan to build a new home in Post Falls this spring. His interests include skiing, hiking, camping, travel, and adventure.
