Ashli joins TOK Commercial with a strong background in commercial real estate, having served as a Commercial Sales Executive where she played a key role in growing market share, particularly in Canyon County. She also brings brokerage experience from a global commercial real estate firm, where she supported an Investment Team, and has spent the past six years building strong relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.
A Meridian native, Ashli attended Kuna High School and later earned a full-ride volleyball scholarship to Treasure Valley Community College. Her early career took her around the world — from working as a surf instructor and DJ in Hawaii to serving as an advertising director in New York and Milan — giving her a global perspective and a dynamic approach to business.
Ashli returned to Boise in 2019, where she reconnected with her husband, Ian, and they now have two young sons, Henry and Charlie, along with their Australian Shepherd, Kui.
Ashli believes in putting client relationships first, taking the time to understand each client’s goals and delivering a high level of service throughout every stage of a transaction and well beyond closing. With a strong focus on Canyon County, she is passionate about supporting the local business community and enjoys seeing how the projects she helps facilitate contribute to the area’s continued growth and success.
