Katie Freshwater

During her time on TOK’s Research team, Katie worked closely with brokerage teams to analyze market activity, track property and transaction data and provide research supporting client strategies and real estate decisions. This experience gives her a data-driven perspective and a detailed understanding of the Treasure Valley market as she works with retail owners, landlords, tenants and buyers. Katie’s history with TOK extends beyond research. She previously completed an internship with the firm and worked at the front desk, giving her broad exposure to brokerage operations, transaction coordination and the day-to-day needs of clients and brokers. A Boise State University graduate, Katie brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to her work and is committed to building strong client relationships. She focuses on understanding each client’s goals and providing thoughtful market insight and responsive service throughout the transaction process.
